September das Amt übernommen hat(gerade in der Pressekonferenz, zuvor war er im Posten bestätigt worden) gab zu Protokoll, dass er die Schaffung eines “Fließbandverfahrens” für Exekutionen befürworte, so dass der Justizminister(er selbst) keine Todesurteile mehr unterzeichnen müsse.
